We continued our visit at Vision + Fitness and Love Fit of Conshohocken with Ryanne Sullivan and Charles Knowles Jr. to experience the “Best of Philadelphia”, where you can get your fitness and strength, and then come over to the hot yoga studio to recover and focus on your mindset.

We visit Vision + Fitness, the #1 gym in the Philly/Conshohocken area, and meet the owner Charles Knowles Jr.. We also work out with Ryanne, who is Charles’ real estate agent. We do a variety of exercises like squats and air bike, and then Ryanne takes some time for recovery and meditation before heading out for the rest of her day.

I love helping women feel confident stepping out of their norm. That’s why I opened The Collective, to bring quality clothes, staples, and maybe dressier options people don’t usually gravitate towards.
